A blend of the finest Scotch whiskies, finished with a three-month maturation period in specially selected old ale casks, that had previously contained traditionally brewed Edinburgh strong ale. The ale casks imbue the whisky with a soft and creamy taste, silky smooth texture and a long, honeyed finish.
