Santa Sarah BIN 42
BIN 42 is a Rubin (crossing of Nebbiolo and Syrah) from the region of Ivailovgrad and Plovdiv. It comes in a limited edition of 5000 bottles. Bleeding is applied to this wine; fermentation is temperature controlled, and the ageing takes place for a period of 10 months. 14% alc. 0,75 l and 1,5 l (Magnum) bottles. The present vintage is 2008.
